He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in 1975 and has since held several prestigious positions, including Chief Justice of the Cairo Appeal Court and Head of the Public Prosecution in charge of public funds.
Throughout his career, Emad has demonstrated a strong commitment to justice and the advancement of legal principles. His role as the head of the Arbitration Committee of Civil and Commercial Disputes showcases his expertise in resolving complex legal conflicts. As a member of the National Council of Motherhood and Childhood in Egypt, he has actively contributed to important social issues, including amendments to succession and family law.
